Day 2 of the 9 day water challenge down.
Today has been interesting with staying on track with my 9 day challenge. Today I was back at work and drinking water in replace of all other drinks has again been fine, snacking wise…..well that’s defiantly an area I need to work more on, in regards to working out.
While waiting for my second video if the evening to upload to YouTube, I decided to use this time to squeeze in a workout. So this evening I did
- walking squats with band around my legs
- 20 squat points each side
- 20 fire hydrant (pissing dog) each side
- 30 sec plank
- 30 cobra
- 30 crunches
- 20 weightless back press
- 80 arm rotations (40 front 40 back)
(I wish I knew the actual names of the moves)
At current I am feeling alright, but I tend to feel the burn the day after so we’ll see how i feel tomorrow, but I must say I am feeling alright at the moment, even proud of myself squeezing in a work out while waiting for other tasks to do there thing. I know this doesn’t sound like a big deal but I am a lazy person who would normally just go nah can’t be bothered now, so this was a good step in the right direction.
I am now thinking if only I had started this journey sooner, maybe I would be super strong now. But no matter I am doing it now, and like I said previously knocking it down into bite size chunks may have been the best choice for me, then again maybe I am getting a head of myself, because after all it is only day 2 of 9.
