Yesterday (day 3 of the water challenge) I again only drunk water, as of course that is the main purpose of this challenge, but i must admit with the weather getting more dank and dark I have recently felt the need for a nice warm drunk to cosy down with but I have been good and not done that, besides I only have 5 more days to go.
Exercise wise yesterday I didn’t workout instead I stretched and did a couple of yoga poses. Man my thigh’s are tight as that is where i felt the pull the most while stretching out my legs.
Today (day 4) again i have only dunk water, however I have released I haven’t drunken enough. You on average are meant to drink up to 8 pints of water a day, and the best way to confirm you are hydrated is to look at your pee. If it is pretty clear then you are hydrated. While tracking my food and drink intake however I have learnt I have drunk maybe about 3 pints today, though I might have to get another drink as I am actually feeling quit parched.
Exercise wise today I have done
- 20 Side lunges (each side)
- 15 standing leg rises (each side)
- 30 cobras
- 30 bicycle crunches
- 20 weightless leg press
- 15 kneeling side plank dips (each side)
Even though i have started doing workouts these last couple of days i have just been feeling really tired and been wanting to call it an early night, which a part of my wants to do that but the other part of me is like but you have your own work to do when you get home. So even though I have been yawning and my bed is calling me I stay up to get my own work done, which I again know isn’t going to help with my over all journey but I need to make myself accountable because no one else will.
Anyway that’s where i currently am at in regards to my little fitness/water challenge.
